Integrity 1st Mortgage was founded on the belief of Service with Integrity First. It is in every aspect of what we do, from customer service to how we treat our team. We believe that if we treat people with respect and integrity then we will be successful. The majority of our business comes from referrals because our customers are pleased with the quality of service we can and do provide.
We are a direct lender which means there is no middle man. We process, and fund our own loans, giving us direct control over the whole process; from start to finish. We were founded in Escondido, California in September of 2004, by John and Lisa Osslund, after 9 years in a partnership with another Mortgage Bank. John has over 35 years in lending and management experience. Lisa managed offices in Retail Banking for over 20 years. Branch Offices: Phoenix, Arizona area office opened October 2006; Lisa Amato, Branch Manager. San Diego office opened August 2010; Jason Hall, Branch Manager.
