My philosophy of lending can be summed up in a few words. Providing the customer the loan product at a price they are willing to pay, in a timely manner, all the while exceeding your expectations! In 1975, I started in the consumer finance industry where I learned that solving problems was my opportunity to set my service apart from my competitors. By 1985, I was vice-president of a Savings and Loan wholesale division. The experience in underwriting and secondary market was invaluable, but I found that I missed the direct customer contact. Integrity 1st Mortgage was created, in part, to provide what we found to be lacking in the traditional savings and loan or bank; needs identification and resolution.
